The Mojini platform has revolutionised land record management in Karnataka by providing citizens with instant access to comprehensive land-related reports. Instead of visiting government offices and dealing with paperwork, landowners can now view Mojini reports anywhere using the Mojini V3 portal.
This digital transformation has made land record verification, dispute tracking, and property documentation more transparent and accessible than ever before.
What Are Mojini Reports?
Mojini reports are digital land records that help reduce land disputes, ensure accurate boundary records, and bring trust and speed to land documentation across Karnataka.
These reports are comprehensive documents generated through the Mojini platform that contain verified information about land ownership, boundaries, transactions, and legal status. They serve as official digital records that can be used for various legal, financial, and administrative purposes.
Mojini reports are created using digitised land records from the Revenue Department of Karnataka and are integrated with the broader Bhoomi land records management system. These reports provide real-time access to land information that was previously only available through physical visits to government offices.
What Can We Check Under Mojini Reports?
The Mojini platform offers access to several types of reports that cater to different land-related needs:
Pendency Report: These reports show the number of land-related applications, documents, or cases that are currently being processed and have not yet been finalised. Pendency reports are typically under review or processing.
Monthwise Pendency: This report offers a detailed breakdown of pending cases organised by months, allowing users to track trends and monitor the progress of land-related matters over time. It provides insights into processing timelines for various types of applications.
Allotment Report: This option allows viewing the district-wise allotment report between a specific date range. Allotment reports contain information about land allotments made by the government, including the status of applications, allocation details, and beneficiary information.
RRT(Revenue Revision Tribunal) Cases: Users can track land disputes and access reports, including mutation histories, village pendency details, and Bagair Hukum reports. These reports provide access to RRT case details, including case numbers, proceedings status, and decisions made in land-related disputes that have been escalated to higher authorities for resolution.
